1 GENERAL

BC Lifestyle Austria GmbH, with registered office at Hirzingerweg 28, 6380 Sankt Johann in Tirol in Austria, Managing Director Ms. Marinella Colino office@the-g.eu (hereinafter referred to as "BC Lifestyle Austria GmbH" or "we"), operates an online shop (hereinafter referred to as "website") at the internet address www.g4lifeclo.com. All orders that you place via this website and our deliveries and services are subject exclusively to the version of the following general terms and conditions that apply at the time of the order. 2 RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS
1. You can return the goods received within two weeks without giving any reason using the instructions under Shipping and Returns. This period begins on the day after receipt of the goods and information about the return, but not before we have fulfilled our information obligations under Article 312g Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with Article 246 Paragraph 3 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code. This period is met provided the goods are sent on time. All goods are returned at your expense and risk.

2. You will find all the documents that will help you with the return under Shipping and Returns on this portal. The goods must be returned to our warehouse in Austria. You are obliged to bear all costs incurred such as customs, return shipping, etc. if the goods have been mishandled.
3. The costs can only be refunded once BC Lifestyle Austria GmbH has received the customer’s complete order with all tags in its original condition and packaging.

3 CONSEQUENCES OF RETURN
1. Should the goods be returned properly, both parties are obliged to return the services received or provided (eg benefits of use). Should you not be able to return or restore the goods, services or uses received (eg benefits of use) or only partially, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for their value. 4 CONTRACT FORMATION
1. A contract between you and BC Lifestyle Austria GmbH only exists when we have sent the ordered goods to you. You have made us a binding offer to conclude the contract with you by sending us an order entered on our website. We will execute the order as soon as you have entered all the data requested during the ordering process and finally confirmed the order by pressing the "Please order and buy" button.
2. The BC Lifestyle Austria GmbH is entitled to refuse your order without giving reasons.

5 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Although we try to display colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display them exactly as they appear. 6 DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
1. The goods are delivered exclusively by DPD or DHL or UPS or FedX. The BC Lifestyle Austria GmbH bears the risk of transport to the customer. If the customer/recipient provides the shipping service provider with an alternative drop-off location, the transport risk for the package is transferred to the customer/recipient after delivery to the drop-off location.
2. The goods will be ready for shipment approximately by the third day after your order. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made from the warehouse to the delivery address provided by the customer. Please note that the customer will be charged for all import taxes, customs duties and handling fees, which vary in each country.

7 PAYMENT

The customer is obliged to pay all applicable transfer costs or bank fees.
All credits for returned goods that were paid for at the time of ordering will be transferred back to your bank account or credit card account. We therefore ask you to provide us with the relevant details when returning the goods. All other payments will be refunded using the relevant payment method (PayPal, credit card).
Procedure for payment by credit card:

8 Transfer of risk
If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass to the buyer upon handover, or in the case of a sale by dispatch, upon delivery of the goods to the forwarding agent, the carrier or the person or institution otherwise designated to carry out the dispatch.

9 RESERVATION OF TITLE
The delivered goods remain the property of the company until full payment has been made.
